Janaury 15, 2023 -Second Sunday After Epiphany

Picture
Pastor Jeff Holter

The feast of Epiphany ("manifestation") concludes the Christmas season with a celebration of God's glory revealed in the person of Jesus Christ. In Isaiah and Ephesians, that glory is proclaimed for all nations and people. Like the light of the star that guided the magi to Jesus, the light of Christ reveals who we are: children of God who are claimed and washed in the waters of baptism. We are sent out to be beacons of the light of Christ, sharing the good news of God's love to all people.

Video Broadcasted Services

This is a perfect time to provide another way of connecting us during our time away from each other physically.  We can still connect Spiritually.  Remember to reach out to each other and others in the community via phone, email, texting, video conferencing, etc.  Provide the support, and caring attitude Christ has taught us. Share an encouraging message, listen, provide some humor or pleasant memories, and prayer during this time.

Sincerely,

Jeff Holter, Theresa Williams, & Scott Goutermmont

The sound quits working at some point suring the sermon, but will come back on again during the Prayers of Intercession.
Our services are recorded and available usually within a few hours to a day after the service.  We had several quality issues when we did live broadcasting so have gone to recorded services to provide the best viewing  experience possible.

Whether you choose to make a one time gift or ongoing contributions, all transactions are secure and greatly appreciated.
